Ross joined Scent Fill in January 2025 after being recruited by the founder, following their previous success building a direct sales team together. He brings a classic account manager mindset to the business development team, with a strong focus on relationships, responsiveness, and long-term customer success.
Ross is a dependable advocate for his customers and believes the best partnerships are built on trust, clear communication, and follow-through. Whether a retailer is requesting wholesale access, evaluating a starter kit, or preparing their first order, Ross is there to help make the process simple and successful.
Outside of work, Ross enjoys playing guitar and creating, writing, and performing music.
