How do I join the loyalty program?
Simply sign up to create your account and start earning rewards!
How can I earn points?
Earn points by signing up, making purchases, and more! Check out the Ways to Earn section for details.
How do I redeem my points?
Log in, visit your dashboard, and select the Ways to Redeem section to redeem your points for rewards.
How much can I redeem on an order?
You can redeem up to 2,000 points ($20) on one order at a time. Loyalty codes are not combinable.
Where can I see my points balance?
First, log in to your account! Your points balance will be highlighted in a box on the top of the page. You can also navigate to your dedicated rewards page to view your points balance.
Do my points expire?
Points will expire after one year if there isn't any account activity.
Do my rewards expire?
Rewards will not expire after the rewards are activated in the account.
What happens to my points if I return a purchase?
If you return a purchase, the points you earned for that purchase will be deducted from your account.
When do I get my birthday gift?
On your birthday! The only instance in which birthday points will be delayed is if your birthday is within 30 days from the day you entered it.
I forgot to use my points at Checkout, can I apply them retroactively?
No, unfortunately points cannot be redeemed after a purchase has already been made.
How many reviews can I get rewarded for?
You can get rewarded for a total of 3 reviews a month: 1 regular review, 1 photo review and 1 video review.
