Andrew joined Scent Fill in 2020 while completing his college degree and quickly became a trusted part of the team. His connection to the company runs deep. His mother, Aura, was Scent Fill’s first employee, giving Andrew a close-up view of the care, consistency, and customer focus behind the brand from its earliest days. After working across shipping, production, and daily operations, Andrew developed a strong hands-on understanding of the products, the customers, and what makes Scent Fill different.
Recently promoted into business development, Andrew brings the same discipline and work ethic he developed as a college baseball player to every retailer relationship. As a former shortstop, he knows the value of preparation, consistency, and being ready when the play comes his way.
