Many customers prefer the convenience of a subscription for their Scent Fill® refills because they unknowingly run out or don't remember to place an order. Our subscription service eliminates that hassle, and keeps your home or office smelling spectacular at all times!
Scent Fill’s® subscription management was built with optimal customer ease-of-use by giving you control over delivery frequency, pausing/resuming shipments, adding /deleting products, and changing product quantities.
Below we have outlined how to create and manage subscriptions.
Creating your first Subscription order:
After adding items to your cart items to your cart and you're ready to checkout go to your shopping cart select "Subscribe and Save."
Youll need to select order frequency every 1,2, or 3 months. Complete your checkout and your done!
Returning to manage your subscription orders:
Login to your Scent Fill Account at https://scentfill.com/account/login
Select Manage Subscription on the left of your screen:
After logging in you will see your manage subscriptions dashboard. You can do quick edits such as change next order date or change frequency:
From this dashboard below, you can edit products, manage order frequency, delete and add products, view transaction history, and upcoming orders.
Select the line item that requires updating and select products or edit for this example were updating payment information :
Once your change is made, don’t forget to select the blue Save Changes button to complete your edit:
Another popular feature from the Dashboard is by selecting "manage orders", where you can "skip order" or "resume order" with a single click.
You can also View Details just below the shipping information to update additional account information. This will take you back to your subscription management dashboard.

Adding products to your existing subscription
At any time you can add products from the Scent Fill main header menu. Clicking on an image of a product in your subscription will take you to that product page
From any product page, you can add a product to cart for one-time order or add to an existing subscription /recurring order.
Editing product quantities on an existing subscription:
From the dashboard select "Products in your subscription"
Changing Quantities
Next, you will see the quantity field edit quantities and select "update subscription" Shipping rates will only apply if you go below the free shipping amount of $10
