Where is my order or tracking information?

How do I change or update my order?

Because we ship very quickly — often within minutes — please email our customer service team at info@scentfill.com or call 866-223-7561 as soon as possible. Our team is available Monday–Friday, 9 am–4 pm EST.

What if something is missing or damaged?

Accidents can happen, but we’re here to make it right. Please email info@scentfill.com with a photo of your delivery, along with the name and quantity of any missing or damaged items — our customer service team will gladly help.

We choose high-quality glass over plastic for a premium, eco-friendly product. Though glass is more fragile, we’ll quickly resolve any shipping mishaps.

What is your return policy?

We get it — scent is personal! If you aren’t completely happy with your refills, our Happiness Promise makes returns or exchanges easy within 90 days (that’s three times longer than most competitors). We’ll even send you a prepaid return label.

A few quick notes to help things go smoothly:

  • Try your scent for a day or two — the scent can change once warmed

  • Bottles with at least 50% remaining are eligible for returns

  • Make sure caps are on tight to prevent leaks

  • Use the original or protective packing so glass bottles don’t break in transit

Who makes Scent Fill products?

Scent Fill is a proudly independent, family-owned business with headquarters in Oldsmar, Florida. We are not affiliated with Air Wick®, Glade®, Yankee Candle®, or Bath & Body Works®. Our products are developed, manufactured, and assembled in the USA by expert perfumers using premium globally sourced materials, then packaged and shipped from our Oldsmar headquarters and our Salt Lake City, Utah, location.

Are all Scent Fill scents 100% natural?

We offer three premium options to suit your preferences:

  • 100% Natural — made entirely from natural ingredients, labeled “100% Natural” in the product name

  • Essential Oil Infused — blends of natural essential oils with a higher natural content than typical store-bought refills

  • ScentDiffuse™ — advanced formulas designed to eliminate odors permanently

While the Essential Oil Infused and ScentDiffuse™ lines include some carefully chosen synthetic ingredients for performance, all Scent Fill products are phthalate-free, non-toxic when used as directed, and meet strict IFRA and California Prop 65 safety standards — so you can feel confident bringing them into your home.

Are Scent Fill products safe for pets?

Scent Fill plug ins are crafted with premium, carefully selected ingredients that are phthalate-free, cruelty-free, Leaping Bunny certified, and meet strict California Prop 65 and IFRA safety standards. Our products are designed for safe use in homes with pets when used as directed. However, because pets can react differently to even natural substances, we recommend consulting your veterinarian if you have concerns about specific sensitivities.

Are your products cruelty-free?

Yes! We never test on animals and are proudly Leaping Bunny certified.

What warmers work with Scent Fill refills?

Scent Fill refills fit Scent Fill® and Air Wick® warmers. They do not fit Glade®, Yankee Candle ScentPlug®, or Bath & Body Works WallFlowers®.

How should I position my warmer?

Always place your warmer upright with the wick pointing up to prevent leaks. The rotating plug makes it easy to stay vertical and fit any outlet.

How long do refills last?

Most scents last 7–30+ days, depending on the scent you choose, the intensity setting, room size, and air flow.

How long do unopened refills stay good?

Unopened refills stay fresh for at least 2–3 years with proper storage.

How should I store my refills for best results?

Store them in a cool, dark place away from heat and sunlight to keep your oils fresh and long-lasting.

How much oil is in each refill?

Each refill holds at least 20 ml of oil, with a small air gap to allow for safe shipping and storage. You get a full measure, and often even a bit more. Read more here.

What should I know about the wick color?

It’s perfectly normal for natural oils (like vanilla or peppermint) to darken the wick over time.

What are the bottles made of?
